chocolate oat smoothie

This smoothie is da bomb!!! And so sugarfree and stuffed with powerfoods… Great way to start our trip to Dortmund!

Ingredients:

– 400 ml almond milk
– one big banana
– 1 hand of frozen blueberries
– 1 ts beepolls
– 4 tbs raw cacao powder
– 2 ts palm sugar
– 1 cup of oat meal

Blend, drink et voila: you are fully energized and stuffed for the whole morning! We’ll have a save and healthy trip 😉
